We have changed our registration process this year and request that sponsors provide attendance information (Annual Meeting registrations, Sponsor Forum attendees, Spondyloarthritis Review Course attendees, remote participants, onsite exhibit booth staff) directly to Lisa Spiegel by April 30.
Annual Meeting registrations are included as follows:
Diamond level: Annual Meeting registrations – 8 ($1000 for each additional registrations); Spondyloarthritis Review Course registrations – 3; remote attendance – 5
Gold level: Annual Meeting registrations – 5; Spondyloarthritis Review Course registrations – 2; remote attendance – 3
Silver level: Annual Meeting registrations – 3
Annual Meeting registrations include all events beginning with the Welcome Reception and Poster Session on Thursday, May 16, 6:00 – 7:30 p.m., Scientific Sessions, and Annual Meeting Dinner at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History on Friday, May 17, and concluding with lunch on Saturday, May 18.
Local representatives staffing the exhibit table only and NOT participating in the Scientific Sessions of the Annual Meeting or meals do not need to be registered, however, their names must be provided.
Sponsor Forum
Three representatives from each sponsoring company are invited to attend the Sponsor Forum and join the SPARTAN Board of Directors for a casual dinner to learn about SPARTAN projects and initiatives, network, and discuss potential collaborations. The Sponsor Forum will be held on Thursday, May 16, 7:00 – 9:00 p.m at the conference hotel.

Annual Meeting Agenda and Information
Exhibits will be open on Friday, May 17, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., and Saturday, May 18, 7:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m., with traffic expected during the breaks and meals. The Annual Meeting concludes with lunch at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Exhibits
A 6′ draped table for tabletop exhibits will be provided. Exhibits should be set up by 7:00 a.m. on Friday and can be removed after the Saturday morning break at 10:45 a.m.
