SPARTAN Annual Meeting Sponsor Information
Annual Meeting industry registrations are provided by sponsorship level:
Diamond: 10 ($1000 for each additional registrations)
Gold: 6
Silver: 4
Bronze: 2
Annual Meeting registrations include all events and meals Thursday, May 14 – Saturday, May 16.
Local representatives staffing the exhibit table only and NOT participating in the Scientific Sessions of the Annual Meeting or meals are not included in the badge count but do need to be registered.
Each industry sponsor should provide the names, titles, and contact information of all representatives attending the annual meeting to info@spartangroup.org by April 12.
Sponsor Forum
Three representatives from each sponsoring company are invited to attend the Sponsor Forum to join the SPARTAN Board of Directors for a casual dinner and learn about SPARTAN projects and initiatives, network, and discuss potential collaborations. The Sponsor Forum will be held on Friday, May 15, 7:00 – 9:00 p.m at the Toronto Hilton.

Set-up by 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 14 and removal after the Saturday morning break at 10:30 a.m.

Thursday, May 14 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Friday, May 15 7:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m
Saturday, May 16 7:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m
6′ draped tables for tabletop exhibits will be provided by sponsorship level.

Gold: one table
Silver: available for $5000
Bronze: available for $10,000
