2026 Annual Meeting Expense Reimbursement form

Thank you for attending the SPARTAN Annual Meeting in Toronto. Thanks to our generous sponsors, we are able to provide reimbursement for many participants at the meeting. To receive full reimbursement, attendance at the entire meeting (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday) is required. Partial reimbursement may be provided for partial attendance.
