Member Reimbursement

SPARTAN will reimburse airfare and lodging for all SPARTAN members and Trainees, Thursday, May 14 and Friday, May 15 at the Madison Concourse Hotel. (Wednesday night will also be covered ONLY for trainees and members participating in the Trainee Symposium or SPARTAN meetings on Thursday.)

SPARTAN members will be reimbursed for coach airfare up to – $400 for associate members ($700 international) and $500 for full members ($800 international) and trainees. Trainees will also be reimbursed for up to $100 in ground transportation and parking expenses.

Non-member trainees may register for the SPARTAN Annual Meeting if they are a rheumatology fellow with a clinical or research interest in spondyloarthritis, or a postdoctoral fellow, medicine resident or student sponsored by a SPARTAN member. The number of nonmember trainees participating in the SPARTAN Annual Meeting is limited. Attendance at the entire Annual Meeting is required to qualify for hotel and travel reimbursement.
