Reimbursement Policy
Attendance at the entire meeting (Friday and Saturday) [and (Thursday) Review Course for trainees] is required for full reimbursement. Partial reimbursement may be provided for partial attendance. Please check with lisa@spartangroup.org if you have any questions.

Reception at Hockey Hall of Fame
SPARTAN members: $50 (per person) will be deducted if you attended or registered. All trainees and speakers are our guests with no expense deduction.
Parking for local Toronto attendees:
Local members and trainees are eligible for reimbursement up to $100 CAD for parking.
For reimbursement by wire transfer for international attendees, please provide your bank's SWIFT code, bank name, and address and your name, account number, and address.
